We aim for a player-to-coach ratio of 6:1 but will not exceed 8:1. This ensures that the coaches can spend quality time with all players attending and are not overwhelmed with large camp numbers. This also ensures that prospects will have time to interact with the coaches and learn from them in a small group and one-on-one setting.

8:20 AM Position Specific Skills Sessions – Primary Position

Well, because its the best of both worlds. Players want to showcase their skills to coaches but they should also want to learn from the coaches. Coaches want to evaluate players and their skills so they can teach them appropriately, just like they do with their own players. Coaches also want to see how players react to new instruction, new techniques and how they socialize with peers and other coaches. Our goal is to have a player-to-coach ratio of 6:1 but it will not exceed 8:1.
